  • You must arrive in your designated check-in window. The reservation confirmation number provided in your reservations confirmation email. The person who reserved your rental must be with your party and provide their valid driver’s license to the security officer upon arrival. This will expedite your check-in process. Here you will receive your check-in packet which includes
    Resort Front Gate Access– Your license plate information has been collected and our video cameras capture your license plate upon arrival. You must arrive in the vehicle with the license plate you registered to access the property after hours. During your stay, this should automatically open the gates after hours when you arrive.
    Wrist bands – must be worn by everyone in your party when using the amenities. If more people arrive than are listed on your reservation, there is a per person, per day charge that must be paid before you can enter the resort. We want your use of the amenity centre to be fun for the whole family.
    Resort Map & Directions – At check-in you will again be provided with the map and directions will be listed to your unit number.
    Vehicle Passes – These must always be displayed on your dashboard or rear-view mirror of every vehicle in your party while inside the resort or entering the front gate. Resort staff and security will check at the entry, and throughout the resort day/night making sure these passes are displayed. We do not want to disturb your vacation. So, please make sure to make they are visible.
    Tiny Home Door Code – You will be provided a door code upon check-in.
